We took a flat, single-guest crypto podcast and turned it into a live magazine show with its own community, so distinct that competitors started copying the format.

01
The before
Chain Reactions was a recorded, single-guest, crypto-native interview podcast. One conversation per episode, recorded weeks ahead, capped around four guests a month, aimed at a narrow crypto audience. Competent, and forgettable. It looked and sounded like every other show in the space, and it wasn't pulling the audience Myosin's commercial motion actually needed.
02
The insight
The problem wasn't the guests or the production quality. It was the format. A single recorded conversation is invisible in a feed full of them. To be remembered, the show had to stop being a podcast and start being a spectacle, a show people tune into live and talk about after.

What we built
We rebuilt Chain Reactions as a bi-weekly live magazine show on the TBPN template, simulcast live to YouTube, X, and LinkedIn at once. Five segments, every episode: a news cold open in a Marketing Brew tone, a live hands-on product deep-dive ("Markdown," where a guest's product comes on air and gets explored in real time, not just talked about), a forced-position debate, a competitive marketing game, and a close. Broadcast-grade graphics, a rotating bench of senior operators, and an AI-driven pipeline that turns every 90-minute stream into 12 to 16 clips, threads, quote cards, and a newsletter pull. We host it and run it end to end.

The after
Output density up from ~4 guests a month to 6-8, and from a single conversation to a full magazine with 12-16 derivative assets per stream.
The tell that matters most: the format is distinct enough that competitors have started reaching out and copying it.

Differentiator
The "Markdown" live product deep-dive. Nobody else in B2B media does it. A brand's product comes into the room and gets explored hands-on, live, in front of an audience of operators who actually use tools like it. Deeper than a demo, more concrete than a Q&A, and the audience remembers it.
06
Why flagship
It's the living proof behind "Imagine this." When a brand sees the offsite-as-Squid-Games idea and wonders if we can really pull it off, Chain Reactions is the answer. We already turned a boring podcast into a live show with its own community and its own format nobody else has.
